Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 28 ounces canned diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup onion (diced (any color))
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro (loosely packed)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced (about 1-2 garlic cloves))
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon taco seasoning ((I use my homemade taco seasoning))
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instruction

  • Add all of the salsa ingredients to your blender.
  • Place the lid on your blender pulse the ingredients until the salsa reaches your preferred consistency.
  • Pour the blender salsa into a mason jar and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  • Serve with a large bowl of tortilla chips.
