Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 6 large avocados (peeled and pitted)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
  • ½ cup onion (finely chopped)
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro (finely chopped and packed)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon jalapeno pepper (optional)

Instruction

  • Add the avocado and all additional ingredients to a large mixing bowl.
  • Use a fork to mash avocados and mix all of the ingredients into it.
  • Serve immediately with tortilla chips or refrigerate to infuse the flavors.
