The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 medium potato( shedded)
- 1/2 cup(s) small onion (diced)
- 1/2 cup(s) green bell pepper (diced)
- 1/4 cup(s) mushroom caps (diced)
- 1/2 cup(s) deli ham (diced)
- 1 cup(s) shredded cheese
Instruction
- Shred potato,
- Soak in cool water this a accomplishes 2 things your potato does not get brown while you dice other ingredients.Also it releshes some of the starch.
- Dice your other ingredience.
- Drain your Potato. In a large skillet add 3 tablespoons butter add shredded potato, and your other ingredients.
- Put on stove on medium cook till one side is brown about 10 minutes. (Depending on your stove). Turn and brown other side.
- Before serving sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bon appetit.
