Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 1/4 cups finely grated Parmesan (about 2 1/2 ounces. I used the Kraft commercially ground parmesan for this.)
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 leek, white part only
- 1/2 cup shallots (finely chopped)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps unsalted butter
- 2 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus (cleaned, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2" pieces)
- 3 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 1 3/4 cups evaporated milk
- grated fresh parmesan for garnish
