Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 - 10 inch pie crust (unbaked)
  • 3/4 cup chopped asparagus
  • 1/2 cup ham (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup onion (finely diced)
  • 1 cup swiss cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 1/2 cup light cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instruction

  • Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Chop vegetables and set aside.
  • Layer the bottom of a 10-inch unbaked pie shell with cheeses.
  • Top cheese layer with asparagus, ham and onions.
  • In mixing bowl, beat eggs and light cream together. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  • Gradually pour over pie shell.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes of until top is golden brown and firm.
