Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 - 10 inch pie crust (unbaked)
- 3/4 cup chopped asparagus
- 1/2 cup ham (chopped)
- 1/2 cup onion (finely diced)
- 1 cup swiss cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 1/2 cup light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Pinch of nutmeg
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Chop vegetables and set aside.
- Layer the bottom of a 10-inch unbaked pie shell with cheeses.
- Top cheese layer with asparagus, ham and onions.
- In mixing bowl, beat eggs and light cream together. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Gradually pour over pie shell.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes of until top is golden brown and firm.
