Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 2 tbs self-raising flour
  • 30g vegetable soup mix
  • 1 cup cooked chicken chopped
  • 1 cup tasty cheese grated
  • 1/4 cup spring onion diced
  • 425g John West asparagus cut into pieces drained

Instruction

  • Lightly beat together the eggs, milk and cream.
  • Add the flour and soup mix. Stir to combine.
  • Add the cheese, chicken and onions. Stir until mixed in.
  • Pour into a greased pie plate or flan dish. Arrange the asparagus on top.
  • Bake at 180C for approximately 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
