Ingredients
The following ingredients have 10 Servings
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbs self-raising flour
- 30g vegetable soup mix
- 1 cup cooked chicken chopped
- 1 cup tasty cheese grated
- 1/4 cup spring onion diced
- 425g John West asparagus cut into pieces drained
Instruction
- Lightly beat together the eggs, milk and cream.
- Add the flour and soup mix. Stir to combine.
- Add the cheese, chicken and onions. Stir until mixed in.
- Pour into a greased pie plate or flan dish. Arrange the asparagus on top.
- Bake at 180C for approximately 40-50 minutes or until golden brown.
