Ingredients

The following ingredients have 7 Servings
  • 1/2 Napa cabbage (thinly sliced (about 4 cups))
  • 1/4 red cabbage (thinly sliced (about 2 cups))
  • 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1 cup shelled edamame (defrosted/cooked according to package directions)
  • 3 tablespoons slivered almonds (lightly toasted in a dry skillet)
  • 1/4 cup minced cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons white miso ((or yellow miso))
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

Instruction

  • In a large bowl, combine the sliced cabbages, green onion, bell pepper, edamame, almonds and cilantro.
  • Toss with the dressing. Serve.
