Ingredients
The following ingredients have 7 Servings
- 1/2 Napa cabbage (thinly sliced (about 4 cups))
- 1/4 red cabbage (thinly sliced (about 2 cups))
- 2 green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 red bell pepper (diced)
- 1 cup shelled edamame (defrosted/cooked according to package directions)
- 3 tablespoons slivered almonds (lightly toasted in a dry skillet)
- 1/4 cup minced cilantro
- 2 tablespoons white miso ((or yellow miso))
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
Instruction
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cabbages, green onion, bell pepper, edamame, almonds and cilantro.
- Toss with the dressing. Serve.
