Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 packet rice noodles
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbs rice vinegar
- 3 tbs sesame oil
- 2 tsp chilli sauce hot
- 4 tbs canola oil
- 3 tbs rice wine
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 4 tbs sesame seeds
- 1 packet fresh coleslaw
- 1/2 bunch spring onion sliced
Instruction
- Prepare noodles according to package directions.
- Combine all ingredients, except spring onions, noodles and coleslaw in a bowl.
- Pour liquid into a large hot fry pan or wok, add coleslaw mix and noodles to pan and toss to combine.
- Stir-fry the noodles for about 5 minutes, then toss in spring onions.
- Serve hot topped with more spring onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
