Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 packet rice noodles
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbs rice vinegar
  • 3 tbs sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce hot
  • 4 tbs canola oil
  • 3 tbs rice wine
  • 2 tbs oyster sauce
  • 4 tbs sesame seeds
  • 1 packet fresh coleslaw
  • 1/2 bunch spring onion sliced

Instruction

  • Prepare noodles according to package directions.
  • Combine all ingredients, except spring onions, noodles and coleslaw in a bowl.
  • Pour liquid into a large hot fry pan or wok, add coleslaw mix and noodles to pan and toss to combine.
  • Stir-fry the noodles for about 5 minutes, then toss in spring onions.
  • Serve hot topped with more spring onions or sesame seeds, if desired.
