Ingredients
The following ingredients have 24 Servings
- 12 jalapenos (halved with seeds removed)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger (minced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- Salt (to taste (approx. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon))
- Green onions (sliced, for garnish)
Instruction
- Pre-heat oven to 350°F. Cut jalapenos in half. Using a spoon, scoop out the "insides" - seeds and all. Lay out on a large baking sheet.
- Using a hand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, peanut butter, ginger, garlic, and salt.
- Fill jalapeno halves with cream cheese mixture; I use a piping bag for ease, but you could easily just scoop it in with a spoon.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
- Top with green onions slices and serve.
