Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 beef chuck roast (approx 4 pounds)
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced or chopped ginger
- 1 teaspoon minced or chopped garlic
Instruction
- Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle onions over top. Add in all other ingredients and cook on low, 7-8 hours or high, 3-4 hours. I prefer low for the most tender roast.
