Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 beef chuck roast (approx 4 pounds)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced or chopped ginger
  • 1 teaspoon minced or chopped garlic

Instruction

  • Place roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle onions over top. Add in all other ingredients and cook on low, 7-8 hours or high, 3-4 hours. I prefer low for the most tender roast.
