Ingredients
The following ingredients have 8 Servings
- 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into strips)
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 6 tbsp orange juice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
Instruction
- Cut chicken breasts into 3/4 inch strips and place in a ziploc bag. Add remaining ingredients to bag and seal, pressing as much air out as possible.
- Turn and shake the bag well to incorporate ingredients. Refrigerate at least one hour, or overnight (or place in freezer and thaw overnight when ready to cook).
- Remove chicken from bag and discard bag and remaining marinade. Place chicken onto skewers.
- Grill skewers over medium high heat for four minutes per side until chicken is cooked through. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers (great on salads the next day).
