Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 Lbs Salmon (cut into 4 fillets)
- 1 Tsp Smoked ground cumin
- 2 Tsp Lemon pepper
- 2 Tsp Spanish paprika
- 1 Tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Tsp Smoked Sea Salt
- 1/4 Cup Gluten Free Soy Sauce
- 1 Tsp Lime Juice
- 1 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Tsp Tamarind paste
- 2 Cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp Butter
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
Instruction
- Begin by patting dry the salmon. Mix the spices and then liberally apply to the salmon.Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.Heat the oil in a cast iron skillet on medium high heat. Begin by cooking the salmon flesh side down for 2 minutes. Flip the fish over and place in a 325 degree oven for 8 - 10 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the sauce ingredients to the skillet. Let the butter melt and begin spooning the sauce over the salmon. Do this for about 1 minute. If you like, you can throw the skillet back into the oven under the broiler for 1 minute.Serve and enjoy!
