Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 can tuna (6oz), drained and fluffed
  • 1 tbsp Korean BBQ Sauce
  • 1 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 1/2 cup Japanese Panko
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (optional)

Instruction

  • Line the fryer basket with grill mat or a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.
  • Combine all the ingredients then shape into desired size and shape. Place the patties inside the basket with out stacking.
  • Air fry at 380F (190C) for 8-10 minutes, flip once in the middle, until the surface is slightly golden brown.
