Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 can tuna (6oz), drained and fluffed
- 1 tbsp Korean BBQ Sauce
- 1 eggs (beaten)
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp black pepper or to taste
- 1/2 cup Japanese Panko
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Sriracha hot sauce (optional)
Instruction
- Line the fryer basket with grill mat or a sheet of lightly greased aluminum foil.
- Combine all the ingredients then shape into desired size and shape. Place the patties inside the basket with out stacking.
- Air fry at 380F (190C) for 8-10 minutes, flip once in the middle, until the surface is slightly golden brown.
