Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/2 cup seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded, halved and sliced
  • 1/4 cup crushed peanuts

Instruction

  • In a large bowl mix together the rice vinegar, sugar, salt, red pepper flakes, sesame oil and green onions, until fully combined
  • Add the cucumbers to the bowl and toss with the dressing
  • Let sit for 10 minutes while the flavors mingle.
