Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Granulated Garlic
  • 3 large Cucumbers Peeled and Sliced
  • 2 whole Sliced Green Onions
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Sesame Seeds

Instruction

  • Whisk or shake together all ingredients until well combined.
  • If time allows refrigerate for an hour to allow red pepper flakes to soften.
  • Drizzle vinaigrette over cucumbers. Add sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Toss until well combined.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
