Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 4 cups shredded napa or green cabbage
- 1 cup carrots, julienned or shredded
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1 large red bell pepper, julienned
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 bunch green onions, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
- 1 recipe Thai Salad Dressing
Instruction
- In a large bowl toss together cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, cilantro green onions and prepared peanut dressing
- Top with sesame seeds and toasted peanuts and serve. * Salad is best enjoyed fresh, but holds well for up to 2 days in refrigerator
