Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 tablespoon gluten free tamari
- 2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 small cucumbers (cubed)
- 1/2 red onion (diced)
- handful mint (chopped)
- handful cilantro (chopped)
- handful green onion (chopped)
- 2 heads butterhead lettuce (leaves torn off)
Instruction
- Heat oil in a pan and add ground chicken, using a spatula to break up the pieces. Cook for a few minutes and add garlic and red onions.
- Continue to cook until chicken is cooked through. Add soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil. Give it a quick stir and remove from heat.
- To the chicken add mint, cilantro and green onions.
- Serve on lettuce leaves.
