Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free tamari
  • 2 teaspoons fish sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 small cucumbers (cubed)
  • 1/2 red onion (diced)
  • handful mint (chopped)
  • handful cilantro (chopped)
  • handful green onion (chopped)
  • 2 heads butterhead lettuce (leaves torn off)

Instruction

  • Heat oil in a pan and add ground chicken, using a spatula to break up the pieces. Cook for a few minutes and add garlic and red onions.
  • Continue to cook until chicken is cooked through. Add soy sauce, fish sauce and sesame oil. Give it a quick stir and remove from heat.
  • To the chicken add mint, cilantro and green onions.
  • Serve on lettuce leaves.
