Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 bottle beer
- 3 scallions (chopped)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 slices ginger (minced)
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
Instruction
- Place all ingredients except flank steak in a resealable gallon-size plastic bag. Put flank steak inside bag and seal bag. Massage bag to mix ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight.Grill until cooked to your desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
