Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 bottle beer
  • 3 scallions (chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 2 slices ginger (minced)
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Instruction

  • Place all ingredients except flank steak in a resealable gallon-size plastic bag. Put flank steak inside bag and seal bag. Massage bag to mix ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight.Grill until cooked to your desired doneness. Let rest 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain.
