Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1/2 cup walnuts (halves or pieces)
- 1 small garlic clove (minced)
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups (2 1/2 oz) arugula
- 1/4 cup (1/2 oz) loosely packed fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Maldon or other flaky or coarse salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instruction
- In a dry skillet over medium-low heat, toast the walnuts until golden brown, stirring constantly, 3 to 4 minutes.
- Transfer to a plate and let cool slightly.
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until you’re happy with the consistency.
- Taste and season with more salt and pepper, if desired.
