Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 0.5 bunch Arugula
  • 2 tsps Mustard seed
  • 4 Tbsps olive oil
  • 4 Tbsps Vegetable broth

Instruction

  • Rinse arugula, spin dry, remove thicker stems and chop leaves very finely.
  • Put mustard seeds in a mortar (or mini food processor) and coarsely grind.
  • Add arugula and oil and grind to a paste (or puree in mini processor). Stir in vegetable broth.
