Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 0.5 bunch Arugula
- 2 tsps Mustard seed
- 4 Tbsps olive oil
- 4 Tbsps Vegetable broth
Instruction
- Rinse arugula, spin dry, remove thicker stems and chop leaves very finely.
- Put mustard seeds in a mortar (or mini food processor) and coarsely grind.
- Add arugula and oil and grind to a paste (or puree in mini processor). Stir in vegetable broth.
