Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 14 ozs Linguine
  • 1 cup Walnut (roughly chopped)
  • 2 Tbsps olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 1 bunch Arugula (torn into small pieces)
  • 0.5 cup Blue cheese (crumbled)

Instruction

  • Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente.
  • Fry the walnuts in hot oil. Add the lemon zest, rocket and the drained pasta (plus a little of the water if necessary). Season with salt and ground black pepper.
  • Serve on plates and sprinkle with blue cheese.
