Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- One 14-ounce can chickpeas
- One 14-ounce can artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup water
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley, for garnish
Instruction
- Combine the chickpeas, artichokes, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, water, salt, cumin and red pepper flakes in a food processor and puree until smooth. Taste for seasoning.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with olive oil and fresh parsley. Serve alongside crudités or gluten-free pita chips.
