Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 1/2 cup artichoke hearts
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup chopped garlic scape (or to taste)
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs olive oil

Instruction

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients. Process until it becomes a paste.
  • Serve at room temperature or chilled. This pesto can be frozen, and it gets more mellow after several weeks in the freezer.
