Ingredients

The following ingredients have 20 Servings
  • 1/4 cup(s) chopped red onion
  • 3 - clove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 12 ounce(s) artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup(s) dry bread crumbs
  • 1/2 pound(s) cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon(s) dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce

Instruction

  • Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts.
  • Saute onion and garlic in butter.
  • Mix eggs, artichokes, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings.
  • Add onions and garlic.
  • Turn into buttered 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until set.
  • Cut into squares.
