Ingredients
The following ingredients have 20 Servings
- 1/4 cup(s) chopped red onion
- 3 - clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon(s) butter
- 4 - eggs, beaten
- 12 ounce(s) artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup(s) dry bread crumbs
- 1/2 pound(s) cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tablespoon(s) dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
Instruction
- Drain and finely chop artichoke hearts.
- Saute onion and garlic in butter.
- Mix eggs, artichokes, bread crumbs, cheese, parsley and seasonings.
- Add onions and garlic.
- Turn into buttered 9 x 9 pan. Bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes or until set.
- Cut into squares.
