Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 3 large handfuls arugula
  • handful alfalfa sprouts
  • 1 cup artichoke (roughly chopped)
  • 1 cucumber (cut into matchsticks)
  • 1 avocado (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons vegan basil pesto
  • salt (to taste)

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss together.
