Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 150 g dried apricots (roughly chopped)
- 100 g mixed nuts (or seeds)
- 30 g raisins
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave nectar (optional)
Instruction
- Place 100g mixed nuts or seeds in a food processor and pulse until broken down. Take care not to overdo it - you don't want it to turn into nut butter.
- Add 150g chopped apricots, 30g raisins and 1 tbsp maple or agave syrup (if using). Continue to process until the mixture comes together in a sticky lump.
- With lightly oiled hands roll small amounts of the mixture into balls. Put in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
