Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 banana, frozen ((peel before freezing))
- 6 dried apricots (organic, unsulphured)
- 1/2 cup chickpeas, canned (organic; strained)
- 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened (or milk of choice))
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cardamom (ground)
Instruction
- Blend ingredients until smooth consistency, adjusting milk to desired consistency
- Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
