Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 banana, frozen ((peel before freezing))
  • 6 dried apricots (organic, unsulphured)
  • 1/2 cup chickpeas, canned (organic; strained)
  • 1 cup almond milk (unsweetened (or milk of choice))
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom (ground)

Instruction

  • Blend ingredients until smooth consistency, adjusting milk to desired consistency
  • Pour into two glasses and enjoy.
