Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 12 chicken drumstick
- 1 cup plain flour to coat
- 1 pinch salt and pepper diced
- 500 g bacon rashers diced
- 1 onion diced large
- 2 tomato diced fresh
- 420 g canned mushroom
- 840 g apricot juice
- 90 g French onion soup mix
Instruction
- Coat chicken drumsticks in seasoned flour and shallow fry until lightly browned.
- Put chicken drumsticks in a large baking dish. Sprinkle over diced bacon, onion and champignons or mushrooms.
- Combine apricot nectar, tomatoes and French Onion soup and pour over the chicken drumsticks.
- Bake at 180C for about 1½ hours, turning chicken halfway through.
