Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2/3 cup chunky apple sauce
  • 2/3 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instruction

  • Season both sides of the chicken breasts with pepper.
  • Add oil to a hot skillet and add in chicken. Cook until brown on both sides.
  • In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
  • Cover skillet and cook for 7-10 minutes until chicken is fully cooked. Serves 4.
