- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 Carrot (cut into matchsticks)
- 1/2 Onion (chopped)
- 4 - 6 ounces Button Mushrooms (cut in 1/2)
- 1 teaspoon minced Garlic
- 1 1/2 teaspoons grated Orange Rind
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 cup Hoisin Sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 cup granulated Sugar
- Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup cooked Rice
- 1 Green Onion (sliced thin, to garnish)
- Sliced or slivered Almonds (to garnish)
- Chow Mein Noodles (to garnish)
