Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (I suggest using Pompeian Organic)
  • 1 small shallot (finely diced)
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 cup high quality olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

  • Combine the vinegar, shallot, mustard, honey, and olive oil in a bowl.
  • Whisk to combine well.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
