- 1 apple ((sweet apple))
- 1 inch cinnamon piece ( (⅛ to ¼ tsp ground cinnamon))
- ½ inch ginger ((peeled, crushed or minced))
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice ((optional))
- 4 black pepper corn (crushed (or ground pepper) (optional))
- ½ teaspoon tea powder (or 1 teaspoon leaves or 2 tea bags (adjust to taste))
- 1 tablespoon Honey ( or sugar if required (optional))
