Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk ((you can also use soy milk, coconut milk, oat milk, cow's milk or even apple juice))
- 1 large apple
- 1 teaspoon apple pie spice mix
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or other sweetener
- 1 Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
Instruction
- In a blender combine all of the ingredients.
- Process until it has a creamy smoothie consistency. (Keep in mind, it will not be completely smooth because of the oats.)
- Garnish with an apple slice and sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
- Serve immediately.
- Optional Variation: Add 5 ice cubes to the mixture for a frozen smoothie.
