Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 20 rhode's rolls
  • 2 apples (peeled, diced)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
  • 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tbsp milk

Instruction

  • Allow the frozen Rhodes rolls to come up to room temperature, about 1 hour.
  • Peel and dice the apples.
  • Flatten a roll, add some apples on top of the roll, top with a spoonful of cinnamon and sugar.
  • Repeat with remaining rolls. This is done easiest by making multiple smaller stacks and then adding each stack into the bread pan at once.
  • Add the stack of bread dough, apples and sugar to a bread pan.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and set on the stovetop while the oven pre-heats to 350°, for about 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
  • Make glaze by mixing all ingredients together until smooth.
  • Pour glaze over the bread. Pull apart and enjoy!
