Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 20 rhode's rolls
- 2 apples (peeled, diced)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 tbsp milk
Instruction
- Allow the frozen Rhodes rolls to come up to room temperature, about 1 hour.
- Peel and dice the apples.
- Flatten a roll, add some apples on top of the roll, top with a spoonful of cinnamon and sugar.
- Repeat with remaining rolls. This is done easiest by making multiple smaller stacks and then adding each stack into the bread pan at once.
- Add the stack of bread dough, apples and sugar to a bread pan.
- Cover with plastic wrap and set on the stovetop while the oven pre-heats to 350°, for about 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
- Make glaze by mixing all ingredients together until smooth.
- Pour glaze over the bread. Pull apart and enjoy!
