Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 2 Banana ((frozen if possible))
  • 2 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 Apple (peeled, cored and diced)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt
  • 350 ml Almond milk

Instruction

  • Add the banana, apples and nut butter to a blender jug.
  • Add the yogurt, cinnamon and milk.
  • Blend until smooth.
