Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 2 Banana ((frozen if possible))
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 Apple (peeled, cored and diced)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt
- 350 ml Almond milk
Instruction
- Add the banana, apples and nut butter to a blender jug.
- Add the yogurt, cinnamon and milk.
- Blend until smooth.
