Ingredients

The following ingredients have 5 Servings
  • 2 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or whole milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons plain greek yoghurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 1/4 cup Small diced apple chunks (plus more for topping)

Instruction

  • Add oats to a large bowl.
  • Whisk in the rest of the ingredients and make sure there are no clumps throughout.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap or lid and put in the refrigerator overnight.
  • The next morning, stir the mixture and scoop as much as you want out into a bowl.
  • Top with your favorite toppings and more apples!
