Ingredients
The following ingredients have 5 Servings
- 2 1/4 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk or whole milk
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons plain greek yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
- 1/4 cup Small diced apple chunks (plus more for topping)
Instruction
- Add oats to a large bowl.
- Whisk in the rest of the ingredients and make sure there are no clumps throughout.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap or lid and put in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next morning, stir the mixture and scoop as much as you want out into a bowl.
- Top with your favorite toppings and more apples!
