Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
  • 1 1/2 cups apples (sliced or chopped)
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup homemade applesauce
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. ghee (melted)
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Combine all the ingredients (except the almonds) with half the sliced apples in a bowl, and mix until everything is well combined.
  • Evenly scoop the mixture into a muffin pan.
  • Top each muffin with the remaining sliced apples, and sprinkle with the almonds.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
