Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 1/2 cups apples (sliced or chopped)
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup homemade applesauce
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp. ghee (melted)
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 375 F.
- Combine all the ingredients (except the almonds) with half the sliced apples in a bowl, and mix until everything is well combined.
- Evenly scoop the mixture into a muffin pan.
- Top each muffin with the remaining sliced apples, and sprinkle with the almonds.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until firm to the touch and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
