Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup shredded apple (one medium apple)
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grease a 9×9 baking dish and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
  • Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are just barely browned.
  • Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
