Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 large green apple, cored and chopped (keep the skins for extra fiber)
  • 3 kiwis, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup unsweetened yogurt*
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 cups spinach

Instruction

  • In a blender, add the ingredients in order and blend until smooth.
