Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1 cup apple juice
- ¼ cup canola oil
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 3 garlic cloves, (minced)
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instruction
- Whisk together apple juice, oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. Pour over chicken and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill until done, approximately 12 to 15 mintues.
