Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 apples
- 1.5 C chocolate melting wafers (see note)
- La Lechera dulce de leche squeeze bottle
- pop sticks
Instruction
- Use a melon baller to ball out the apple.
- Insert a stick into the top of the rounded part of the apple "ball".
- Place chocolate in a bowl and melt in microwave, 50% power for 1 minute. Stir. Repeat in 30 second intervals until chocolate is smooth.
- Dip each "ball" into the chocolate. Place on parchment paper. Pop in the refrigerator for a few minutes to speed up the hardening process if desired.
- Drizzle dulce de leche over hardened chocolate.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
