Ingredients
The following ingredients have 16 Servings
- 1 cup Canola Oil
- 2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3 Eggs
- 3 cups apple peeled and coursley chopped
- 1 cup pecans (optional)
- 3 cups self rising flour sifted
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 cup Brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
Instruction
- Mix oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs, pecans and apples. Sift and add flour. Bake in greased tub pan @ 350(F) degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Mix ingredients for sauce topping and cook on stove top for 3 minutes. Pour prepared sauce topping over hot cake and let remain in pan for 2 hours. Remove from pan, sauce side up.
