  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups (400 g) light brown sugar, (packed)
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup (2 sticks / 227 g) Challenge® butter, (cold, cubed)
