- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 cups (400 g) light brown sugar, (packed)
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup (2 sticks / 227 g) Challenge® butter, (cold, cubed)
