Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 16 oz. bag shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- salt and black pepper to taste
Instruction
- In a large bowl combine cabbage, almonds, apple and dried cranberries.
- In another bowl combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir until well combined and add to cabbage mix.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
