Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 2 apples, finely chopped (peeled or unpeeled, your preference)
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups milk (I use 2% milk or unsweetened almond milk)
- 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- maple syrup and milk (for serving)
