Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 apple (peeled and chopped)
- ¼ cup pecans (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon golden flaxseed meal
- 1 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 cup nut milk (I use cashew)
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- Sweetener (adjust to taste)
Instruction
- Add the pecans, flaxseed meal, and coconut flour to a medium saucepan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until toasted.
- Next, add the milk, chopped apples, chia seeds and cinnamon and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sweetener if needed, then serve.
