Ingredients
The following ingredients have 12 Servings
- 2 cups self-raising flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup tinned pie apples (chopped)
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt.
- In a jug, combine the egg, milk, vanilla and oil. Add to dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold through pie apples.
- Line a 12-cup muffin tray with patty pan papers. Using a 1/3 cup measure, fill each muffin cup.
- Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden. Leave to cool in the tray for 5 minutes then transfer to a wire rack.
