Ingredients
The following ingredients have 1 Servings
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsps whole cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 granny smith apple
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Optional: Caramel Sauce (I use calorie free Walden Farms)
Instruction
- Place your skillet over medium heat, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Slice up your apple and arrange on the pan.
- In a bowl whisk up the eggs, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. You can add stevia if you want it sweeter.
- Pour over eggs, cover and let it cook through. It takes about 4-5 minutes
- When it's cooked drizzle the caramel over.
