The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tbsps whole cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 granny smith apple
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: Caramel Sauce (I use calorie free Walden Farms)

Instruction

  • Place your skillet over medium heat, and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Slice up your apple and arrange on the pan.
  • In a bowl whisk up the eggs, cream, vanilla, and cinnamon. You can add stevia if you want it sweeter.
  • Pour over eggs, cover and let it cook through. It takes about 4-5 minutes
  • When it's cooked drizzle the caramel over.
