Ingredients

The following ingredients have 1 Servings
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 tablespoon  pure maple syrup (or honey), or more to taste (optional, to sweeten)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • pinch of cayenne pepper powder

Instruction

  • In a drinking glass, combine all ingredients including hot water, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, maple syrup, turmeric, and cayenne pepper.
  • Stir with a spoon to combine.
  • Drink immediately.
