- 2 cups of cold water

- 2 Tablespoons organic apple juice
- 3/4 teaspoon stevia or other natural sweetener*
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups of cold water
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons honey (ideally raw and local)
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 2 cups of warm/hot water
Instruction
- Mix together, taste and add more sweetener if needed. Serve cold over ice.
